ABA Prep is offered by Rainbows Behavior Corp. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. This applies to both Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly plans.

How to request a refund

Our order process and billing are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to access your purchase, invoices, and refund options.
  2. Or contact Rainbows Behavior Corp support through the in-app help channel and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Upgrades and downgrades

Switching between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated by Paddle.
